Diva in The Carribean - Keeping It Real!
Whenever I go to my Zumba classes the word perseverance seems to come to mind. Trying to stay healthy is a must for all of us. I know for me I am keeping high blood pressure at bay, cholesterol and just trying to be healthy in the long run. My goal is to stay fit and healthy. We pick up magazines and we see all these beautiful thin bodies, and we say hey, I want to look just like that. But I think we forget they are just pictures of models, who the magazine pays well to pose. But in truth we all are different shapes and sizes. But whatever your shape or size we all want to keep it moving, and that is what Zumba does too me. At first I was not losing the weight I thought I should of been losing, but I had to learn also to watch my eating habits and change the way I eat. I am a chicken eater, and I love me some wings, my weakness. What I was not doing was taking skin off my chicken, and now I do more bake chicken, without the ...
